Billing

All new Greenhouse PM accounts will receive their first month of access completely free, and this is essentially due to the way that Greenhouse PM bills its customers.

Billing occurs on your monthly anniversary date, meaning that if the date on which you register with Greenhouse PM is the 12th of the month, you will be billed on the 12th of every month. If you happen to have registered on a date that does not fall in every month , the billing process will automatically bill you on the last valid date of the current month. For example, if you register on August 31, your first bill will happen on September 30th.

Your base monthly cost is determined by the number of units you are managing. The billing process will count the number of units in your account that are at least 20 days old. For example, say that you're currently managing 30 units and your bill date is on the 25th of every month. If you add 10 new units to your account on the 15th, you will not be billed for those additional units until the following month. Your current monthly bill will be based on 30 units, but your next monthly bill will be based on 40.

Cancelling Your Account

If for some reason you are not satisfied with Greenhouse PM as a property management software solution, simply contact Greenhouse PM Support at support@greenhousepm.com. If we are unable to resolve the issues you are experiencing, we can disable your account. Your data will remain intact for 12 months, after which time it will be purged from the database if you have not reinstated your account. If you would like to have your data purged immediately, please let us know.
